Fares displayed are indicative and subject to availability at the time of booking. Final fares may differ from displayed prices due to airline seat availability, currency fluctuations, and applicable taxes.
3. Passport and Travel Documents
Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring their travel documents (passport, visa, CNIC, vaccination certificates) are valid and comply with destination country requirements. Ahsan Naz International Travels accepts no liability for denied boarding or entry due to invalid documentation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the respective airlines. Our service fee may be non-refundable. Please contact our team for airline-specific cancellation terms before booking.
5. Privacy
Personal information collected during booking inquiries is used solely to process your request and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except airlines and partner agents as necessary to fulfil your booking.
6. Liability
Ahsan Naz International Travels acts as an agent for airlines and suppliers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, lost baggage, or any other incidents arising from airline or supplier operations.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
